TOGETHER WITH CHATFEATURED
When someone asks AI what to buy, be the answer.
Search didn't die. It moved. Your buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity what to buy, and they act on the answer they get.
That answer is assembled from sources most companies have never looked at. If you're not in there, a competitor is.
ChatFeatured is the AEO platform that does the work to get you in AI answers:
See exactly what AI says about you, and how you stack up against competitors on every major engine.
Ask the built-in analyst agent why AI skips you, and get the specific fixes.
Publish content engineered to get cited, then watch every AI bot that crawls your site.

OpenAI sues Apple over ex-worker
🚨 Our Report
OpenAI has filed a court motion alleging that a former employee who left for Apple transferred over 100 files about an unreleased product to a personal account and later presented that confidential material to senior Apple leadership.
🔓 Key Points
OpenAI claims the presentation occurred months ago, and Apple is now developing AI products based on that information, citing the release of Apple's HomeView product this week.
Apple denies the allegations, stating it has policies to prevent new hires from using confidential information from previous employers and has found no evidence supporting OpenAI's claims.
The filing is part of a broader trade secret dispute Apple initiated earlier this year, accusing OpenAI of poaching employees who allegedly brought confidential iPhone information to OpenAI's hardware division.
🔐 Relevance
This case escalates the legal tension between two of the most influential companies in AI and consumer tech. For enterprise leaders evaluating AI partnerships, it raises questions about IP protection and talent mobility risks as competition for AI hardware and expertise intensifies. A trial is expected by late 2027, though OpenAI has indicated it could be ready as early as June 2027.

Repsol's 200-lawyer department saved 4-6 hours per lawyer weekly with AI. Here's how they cut contract clause review by 90%.

Steal this: Pull your last 50 contract reviews and calculate average time per clause analysis. If it's over 15 minutes, you're burning hours on work AI can compress to minutes. Map your top three clause types by review frequency, then test an AI platform on one clause category this month. Measure time-to-completion against your baseline before scaling to full contract workflow.
Would you trust AI to review contract clauses before a lawyer does?

YouTube Music rolls out AI labels as streaming platforms scramble to manage synthetic content
YouTube Music launched a new labeling system Wednesday that identifies tracks created with generative AI, marking another major platform response to the flood of AI-generated music hitting streaming services. The labels appear on player pages and extend to the main YouTube app, with three designations: Fully Gen AI, Partly Gen AI, or No Gen AI.
The approach differs from competitors taking harder lines. Deezer reports receiving nearly 90,000 fully AI-generated tracks daily and now excludes them from algorithmic recommendations and withholds royalties from fraudulent streams. TIDAL excludes AI-generated recordings from royalty attribution entirely. YouTube, by contrast, is betting on transparency over restriction. AI involvement alone won't make a track ineligible for monetization, and the company continues experimenting with AI music creation through tools like Dream Track.
Why it matters: As AI music generation scales, platforms are splitting into two camps: those treating synthetic content as spam to be filtered, and those treating it as a new category to be disclosed. YouTube's disclosure-first strategy could shape how artists and labels approach AI tools going forward.
THE MONEY
Capital is consolidating around companies that control the full stack from power generation to cloud delivery. Crusoe's $3.9B Series F at a $30.9B valuation drew Nvidia, Mubadala, and QIA to back an "electrons to tokens" model with $140B+ in total contracted value. Meanwhile, the DOE greenlit a $100B Paducah hub where Brookfield builds the data centers and NextEra supplies dedicated 2GW gas generation plus 2.6GW battery storage. The pattern is clear: investors want infrastructure plays that own their own power supply and bypass grid constraints.
Deals to know:
Crusoe (Series F, $3.9B at $30.9B valuation) -- Vertically-integrated AI infrastructure spanning power origination, modular data centers, and cloud services. 6GW+ contracted capacity, 20x YoY cloud bookings growth. Investors: Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, Valor Equity Partners, Nvidia, QIA, Founders Fund, GIC
Paducah American Energy Hub (Private investment, $100B committed) -- 1.8GW AI/HPC campus on former DOE uranium site with dedicated natural gas and battery power. First phase targets 2032. Investors: Brookfield Asset Management (data centers), NextEra Energy (power generation)
Signal: After Stargate's syndication struggles and Oracle's New Mexico permit delays, serious capital is backing vertically-integrated operators who control their power supply rather than hyperscale tenants dependent on third-party energy deals.
